[evlatests] AG745 target position

For the period when there was trouble IDCAF wanted to see 53352 bytes per
integration from vispipe but only got 53314. Te missing amount is exactly
1/(4*351) of the total expected data -- is it possible one IF of one
baseline was not making it to (or through) vispipe?
