Dynamic L band continuum, fast switching.  Durations 45 420,
5 seconds dump time.  Once again, 0137+331 was not above the 
elevation limit when it was to be observed.  I believe this is
a user error; responsibility is the user's to make sure that
all sources can be observed during the possible times for 
observation, right ?  Data was not flagged for 0137+331.  Otherwise,
flagging in general looks ok.

The data look pretty reasonable.  During the time that 0137+331
was (trying to be) observed, the amplitude noise looks like it
was higher than during the target source.  Probably due to 
antennas sitting at the elevation limit.  There was a brief time
--- about 25 - 30 seconds near 0011 IAT where VLA-VLA baselines
on IF C had fringe amplitudes 5 - 100 times those of the rest of 
the time.  (This was during the time that the antennas were sitting
at the limit.)  Didn't happen on EVLA-EVLA or VLA-EVLA baselines.
