    P-band, Mode '4', 6.25 MHz BW, 16 channels in each correlation, 5 
second averaging. 

    Antennas 11 and 25 out for upgrade.
    Antennas 13 and 16 out with no receivers.
    Antenna 26 mistakenly out of the array.  (I'm sure it has a receiver 
and works, but this message hasn't reached operations). 
    Antennas 23 still has huge (factor of 30) amplitude fluctuations.  
Much of the data are o.k.  Phase is not affected.  The high amplitude 
states were not caught by the flagger. 

     Antenna 17, IFs C and D are flagged bad, but are actually good. 

    Otherwise, the rest of the array data appear to be fine.  The 'IF B' 
X-array incoherence problem did not occur.
