[evlatests] P band and IF B

    I checked the data Ken is referring to below.  Sure enough, the VLA 
and EVLA are independently fringing, so all X-baselines give zero 
correlation. 

    In other P-band news:

    Antenna 23 is hugely erratic on all four IFs.  This doesn't occur at 
other bands on this antenna, so must surely be something specific to 
P-band in that antenna. 
    Antenna 26 was flagged (correctly) on IFs A and C.  It works fine 
(and wasn't flagged) on IFs B and D. 
    All other EVLA antennas (save 13 and 16, which don't yet have 
receivers) are working nicely at P-band. 
    Initial flagging was just fine.
