EVLA antenna 23 passes the Electronics acceptance test.  The complete 
writeup is on file host @H:\techdocs\sysintegrt\Antenna_Acceptance_Tests.

Attached is a graph of the XBAND IF D.  This IF has a strong birdie. 
Similar graphs are provided for all IFs for X, L, and K in the complete 
writeup.
