Pete and I are now satisfied that data gets to and
through the PC-104 card in all cases and that both
sides (the AP and the PC-104) recover properly
after various failure and timeout conditions.
Walter has already exercised this connection with
his protoype DCAF and has some data that he plans
to examine for reasonableness.  There is a switch
in the system controller, which I expect to connect
to a switch in the ARRAY file to control whether
data goes to the Modcomp or the PC-104.  The next
step is to do more serious work with DCAF.

Antenna 16 seems to have broken today.  The problem,
lines in the D rack; one symptom is that the DS there
is not responding, and there is no power getting to
the VLA samplers.  On no evidence whatsoever I wonder
if the PT stuff has been ripped out, and the D rack
inadvertantly left in an unusable state?
