[evlatests] VLA in VLBI results

Today at the VLBA test&devel meeting Amy reported on the use of VLA in 
VLBI observations and recent issues with that.  James Miller-Jones 
recently observed BG168 with GBT, Y27, EB and VLBA.  His office is just 
across the hall from mine so I've been helping him along the way a bit and 
getting frequent updates on the results.

The bottom line is that the data look good.  His target was detected at 
~470 uJy in the VLA continuum X-band data and at ~350 uJy in the VLBI 
data.  Phasing of the array looked solid, with perhaps 5% decorrelation 
after the 30 minutes between phasing.
