[evlatests] Band Nomenclature

    I like single letters for bands at all wavelengths. It makes it 
easier to
discuss observing in K rather than saying 1.8-2.2micron band, for 
example. The
sames applies to radio bands. Numbers for bands, like ALMA seem harder to
remember for me.  A is good,  Ka is almost as good but both are much 
better than 33-40 band
or whatever the actual frequencies or wavelengths actually are.
