[evlatests] Line subarrays

Today's test was to repeat the file that gave high fringe rates
yesterday (only on IF A, at K band, VLA subarray / thought to be
a Fluke setting error). I used 1 subarray with all antennas,
cycling over the same correlator modes as before.

All data look good - the problem did not happen.

Later today (as time permits - Ken is jolting EA01 to life)
I will repeat the 2-subarray version that misbehaved.
