The cause of CMP time error has been understood and addressed.
If it should recur a maintenance form to document it is requested.
Any open maintennance forms may now be retired as fixed.

For those who care it appears that the cause was inconsistent
writing or reading of the two halves of a double precision float
representing time in the shared memory of the two processors.
