[evlatests] correlator fault?

Claire,
	There was a problem with the sampler for Ant. 5, IFA (IF1, RCP) that 
was resolved last Wed. However, it should have affected all baselines 
derived with this antenna, IF. Could you report what IFs this is 
occurring in for each observing mode this has been observed in. Thanks.
