[evlatests] Saturday X band continuum

I had a 2-hour dynamic run (AK666) on a faint source fast-switching in 
standard X-band continuum.  A quick look showed:

* ant. 13 IF BD no fringes
* EVLA antennas generally noisier than VLA (esp. ant. 14 LCP, but also
   17 18 23); ant. 26 is quite nice though

Also, there are several 10s dropouts where the entire array vanished, with
no notes in the log.  I've seen this for at least a week now.
