[evlatests] Q-Band in A26

I'm brain dead. Yes it is in antenna 23. %-) I did not mean to type A26.

I juxtaposed thoughts of Antenna 26 getting it's C-Band by Wed,  02 May, 
my biggest concern right now.

Sometime I think that it is a left brain right brain thing. What, we 
have two brains?
