    Both Jim J. and Walter B. have asked if these little drops occur on 
`10-second' ticks. 

    Answer:  There is no preference for them to occur at any particular 
time resonant with the ten-second markers.  I randomly chose 8 drops 
from antenna 24A.  Three occurred at the first dump following the 
ten-second tick (i.e. at x0.41666, where x = an integer from 0 to 5),  
three occurred on the 7th dump after a ten-second marker (i.e. at x2.917 
seconds), and two occurred on the 8th dump after the marker (x3.333).
