Hi

ea16 passed the acceptance test in L, X, K, Q,  But Not C.
The Y-Mon is grayed out which means there is no E-STOP or Fire Alarm 
indicator.  Wayne has written a Mainsaver work order.

C-band might work on IFA and IFC but there is no switched power.
  IFB and IFD do not work

I did not test P-band

The Electronics Division Releases the Antenna to Operations.
