[evlatests] P-band overnight

    At P-band:

    The three outfitted antennas (14, 17, 23) all fringed.  Antenna 21 
gave only noise.  Bandpasses looked fine. 

    14C is still doing the 150 degree phase oscillation thing, as 
described in earlier reports.

    The occasional amplitude drops are seen (less than 1% of the data 
affected). 

    There is no Tsys recorded for *any* EVLA antenna at this band.  All 
values are set to zero. 

    During the spectral line half of the test, antenna/IFs 17B and D 
disappeared halfway through the scan.  A and C continued on with no 
problems. 

    Sensitivities about normal, but in this configuration, at this 
frequency, I view the reports with some suspicion ...
