[evlatests] Antenna 21, and pointing

There was time yesterday at the end of the 'business day', to check
EVLA performance, and in particular to see if antenna 21 is fringing at
the bands which are installed: P, L, X, and K.

    1) Antenna 21 gives no fringes at any of these bands, on any IF.
There is not even any correlator data available to look at, at any band
other than X. (I fill with all flags off, so everything produced should
be in the database).

    2) Referenced pointing was attempted again for this run, with the
same results as earlier in the day. No solutions on any EVLA antenna,
at any band, with a single, curious exception: We got a good solution
on antenna 13, at Q-band!

Some EVLA antennas were behaving badly, in amplitude and phase.
Rather than clutter up this space, I'll circulate the evidence to the
primary individuals concerned.

We plan to do a full pointing run this evening -- it would be very
useful if the issue which is flagging all the EVLA pointing data can be
resolved today.
