Rob visited antenna 24 this afternoon.  Afterwards AC was OK
and BD was bad which leads me to guess that he swapped L302s.

Other antennas.
18 is bad again at X band so the attempts at sealing did not
make much difference or, as Jim suspects, is just about
impossible to get all the water out.
16 is not bad, but not too good at C band.
13 still has erroneously low SD voltage causing the amplitudes
to be grossly misscaled.

I tried to check focus, but learned that it is time to upgrade
some of the Modcomp software.
