Antenna 18 is still bad at X band.  Very low G/T and very
large D terms.  More shavings?

The l302-2 in antenna 16 does not seem to be very happy
about locking up at the defualt X band frequency.  This
is the reason it has been reported as not working at
X band.

antenna 24 worked at K band, but the ploarizations are
swapped.  No attempt was made to set delays pointing or
focus.

Delays have been sorted out a bit at C and L band for
antenna 24.  It seems that AC is much worse than BD
at C band and, especially, at L band.  T302?
