1.  The RF detector in t304-c is broken.  It reads +40 or so.  This 
causes the MIB to set maximum attenuation in the RF attenuator, which
takes things down enough that the output attenuator can't bring it back
up.  Was fiddled by hand for the following tests below.

2.  L band.  Delays set.  Seems OK on the face of things, though 
BD much weaker fringes than AC.

3.  K band.  Lots of problems:
a.  On initial startup, no fringes on BD.  Set the L302 to a different
frequency and brought it back.  Then we got fringes.
b.  There is no switched power.  Told the Modcomps to not apply Tsys.
c.  Reasonable fringes on IFs A and B.  Very weak fringes on C and D.  
Somewhat stonger fringes on IFs CA and DB than on CC and DD.  Some sort
of wiring error at RF.  Crossed hand fringes are not strong enough that
it is a simple matter of AB being sent to both sides, so not quite clear
what the error is.

Delays set for IFs A and B.  Focus set.

No collimations done at any band.
