[evlatests] VLA baselines. IFA strange.

Early this morning a baselines run was done (we really
wanted an X-band pointing run, got this instead.) This
message is to report briefly on the VLA antennas alone.

EVLA antennas 13,14,16,18,24,26 all produced some data,
I'll report on that separately.

VLA # 2, 7, 20 and 27 needed some position adjustment.
Meri has the numbers, I assume there is a standard
procedure for installing these changes.

One curiosity was noted - some antennas, especially 10,
had very poor performance on IF A (B, C, D were OK).
Phases were very jumpy with 2 or more states. These
errors did not close - i.e. the pattern looked different
on different baselines to 10. Smells like correlator,
but I checked with Gustaaf, who took some data a couple
hours later, and he sees nothing wrong with ant 10.
Does anyone have a clue? should I waste more time on
chasing it down?

The time was Oct 24, UT 09:00 to 12:30, things
seemed to improve dramatically thereafter, till the
end at 14:30.

Vivek.
