[evlatests] IF1-IF2 phase jumps --historical record

    My archive of EVLA tests goes back to early July.  Most of these 
were taken in single-frequency modes -- concerned with the (still 
unexplained) phase jumps that holography seems to trigger.  Two tests in 
July did have alternating frequencies, and are suitable for checking 
whether the so-called IF1-IF2 phase jumps occured then.

    Neither showed any evidence for this phenomenon.
