Antenna 18 at C band has no switched power in IFs A and B.  In addition,
the total power in IF B is low - it can just be brought to an adequate
level by removing all attenuation from the T304.  (Also the case for
IF A, but this is handled automatically.)

Antenna 24 is not giving fringes, at either X or C band.  At X band, 
IFs C and D have very low power, which cannot be brought up by removing
attenuation from the T304.
