Antenna 26 works with all four IFs at X band.  I got the delays set.
IF C has low total power which cannot be brought up by the T304 
attenuators, but it gives fringes anyway.  IFs B and D are also 
flagged bad, but actually work.  I don't know why they are flagged.

Antenna 26 does not work at L or K band.  There is neither total nor 
switched power.  No obvious reason why.

Antenna 13 at K band is in the state in which it often finds itself -
it works OK but the switched power is anomalously low (~0.4v).  Rob,
have you checked that the switching cycle is correct by looking at a 
scope?  I know K band switching cycle has to be the same shape and 
phase as the other bands, but I can't think of anything else to suggest.

Antenna 16 BD are broken.  No L302.
