26 only has X band IFs AC so far.

We have been seeing lots of this lately.  Vivek can show some
examples from a baseline run.

>     switching scans (EVLA-EVLA and VLA-VLA show no effect)

The T_cals for these two receivers have not yet been set.
Consider this a ping to the FE group.

Nothing has changed with refard to flagging.  It looks like
some memory or faster response is needed when integration
tims are short.
