Preliminary report -- quick fringe check

X C bands, standard continuum, 3.3s averaging, mostly fast switching scans

"Regular" run

EVLA ant. 13,14,16,18,24,26 included

Summary:
   - all good fringes except 26
   - 26 has no data from IF 2
            random phases on IF 1 C band
            good fringes on IF 1 X band
   - ~60d phase jumps on all EVLA-VLA baselines in middle of two fast
     switching scans (EVLA-EVLA and VLA-VLA show no effect)
   - Tsys OK except
     : some crazy Tsys in middle of one fast switching scan at C band at
       C band (120-ish K) for 13,18,24
     : high Tsys at X band on 24 (80-100 K) and 26 IF 1 (70-90 K)
   - Some bad EVLA data still leaking through at beginnings of scans,
     particularly fast-switching sub-scans

   - ant. 13,14,16,18,24 good fringes
   - ant. 26 random phases on IF 1
             no data from IF 2
   - phase jump on all EVLA-VLA baselines towards end of fs scan --
     about 60 degs.

   - ant. 13,18,24 some crazy Tsys in middle of fs scan (120-ish K at 18:25)

* X band
   - phase jump on all EVLA-VLA baselines in middle of fs scan (20:12) by
     about 60d (EVLA-EVLA show no jump)
   - ant. 13,14,16,18,24 good fringes
   - ant. 26 nice fringes on IF 1
             no data from IF 2
   - Tsys ok, except
     : ant. 24 high Tsys: 80-100 K
     : ant. 26 high Tsys (IF 1): 70-90 K
