I have packaged David Sevilla's bandpass determination program into a CGI 
script.  Below is a link to a new web page of mine that might receive 
additional attention some day, so keep this page linked, not the bandpass 
tool itself.

Please send comments or suggestions to me.  It is currently in a usable 
form but I'm sure more features will be desired.  Note that this program 
assumes only one person is using the tool at a time so don't everyone try 
it at once!
