First fringes with antenna 23 were achieved today.
Pointing, focus and delays all were far off.  The pointing
and focus settings, however, were close to the values in
use for the antenna before it was rebuilt.

Only IFs B and D are available and they work fine.  I think
pointing is good enough that the antenna could profitably
be included in the next X band pointing run.
