Below are the rotation settings to be used for
antenna 23.  The three columns represent the
front panel octal display, the Modcomp FRM screen
decimal value and the EVLA value in degrees.
The last have been entered in the EVLA parameter
database and are irrelevant to the Modcomp
SYX?ROT files.
