Hi Barry,

   how about under "EVLA Tests and Technical Documents"?

      http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/evla-internal/techdocs/tests/index.shtml/

This seems like a technical document, and for now at least seems appropriate 
for an internal (rather than publicly accessible) Web site.
