[evlatests] L301 Settings at L-Band

I have had a quick look at the data from friday testing different L301 
settings.
This is  a blind test, in that I do not know which source qualifier 
applies to
which setting.  I will have a closer look later this week, but the 
initial results
from looking just at the rms in the high resolution spectra after 
calibration are
given below.  The amplitude rms would suggest that the EVLA antennas
have higher rms than VLA antennas independent of the LO settings.
The phase rms favors slightly the second IF setting.
