EVLA state vector (matrix really), June 06.

I record some details for reference, though some are known or can be
deduced from knowledge of, e.g., 
* which antennas/IF's have new L302's; 
* which are expected to be dead/absent; etc.

The phase jumps upon change of band appear to be fixed at antenna 13,
on both L302's. On 14 and 16, L302-1 appears good, L302-2 not, though
its hard to be sure since there is missing data; 18 still has jumps,
based on even sparser data.

G  = Good = nominally same as VLA antenna

Gd = amplitude dropout on 10s, otherwise G.

W  = Weak fringes

D  = Data present, no fringes.

A  = Absent, no data.

Closure errors from insufficient sideband rejection in T304 filter:
Not seen - declared fixed, subject to more stringent tests.

on 14 & 16, IFs AC are weaker than BD. In addition, the strength is
variable, which could be poor pointing.
