There were many small delay errors, probably a result of work done in
the last day or so.  Some were fixed, mostly at X band, but not all.

Antenna 24 is confirmed to work with all four IFs at X band.  Delays
and downconverter attenuators have now been set.  The funny bandpass
for IF C is still there; resetting the DTS formatter and sampler did
not change anything.

L band RCP is dead, meaning no power to the downcoverter, at antenna 18.
LCP looks fine.
