Thanks Tom,  Sorry for the confusion this morning.  When I left the meeting 
for a minute, Rob informed me that they caused the problems with the 48VDC 
system while checking a battery problem just after lunch yesterday.

It also just occurred to me that we sent Jerry and Tom out to the antenna 
to reset a synthesizer module after op's told us it was not responding. 
That was right before we left the site and I assume that is when it was 
left locked out.
