Antenna #13 was written up for all 4 motors faulted this
AM....they were indeed faulted when I got there...

there was some speculation raised in the AM meeting about
power problems on #13..my 1st thought was the motor
faults could be related to "bad power"...we have access
to a brand new "power line disturbance monitor" that
could be installed in #13 if you think it's worth the
effort...

however, the motor faults were *not* caused by bad power...
the last person on the antenna yesterday had left the Servo
Lock-out switch in the OFF position...the motors faulted
just like they are designed to when OPS tried to point the
antenna...
