[evlatests] Antennas 14 & 16 Warm Receivers

The Q-band 300K stage alert is a useful
monitor/alarm point for ambient temps
near the top of the feed cone level of
the vertex room (as a "room too hot"
alarm), but it will not give any indication
of receiver cryo performance.
