[evlatests] EVLA antennas this morning (16 only)

AR570 using EVLA antennas 
Monday 6feb06 1705-1905 IAT (roughly 10am-noon local time)

* Requested all available EVLA antennas; received only ant. 16, at 17:37 IAT
    (i.e. a half-hour in)

* Ant. 16 stowed to reset DTS  17:50-18:05 IAT

* Results
    L band, pre-reset : no fringes
    C band, post-reset: no fringes
    X band, post-reset: nice fringes
      ...raw weights are factor 2-3 higher than for other antennas, with
        reasonable variation (compared to VLA antennas) within a scan
      ...Tsys are a factor two lower than for other antennas, and are
        absolutely steady (no variation at all) within a scan
      ...raw amp. is only slightly higher than for other antennas, i.e.,
        a difference in apparent gain does not explain the much higher weights
    Q band, post-reset: no fringes
