[evlatests] T-Data New K-Band on EVLA Antenna 13

Here is the updated Trx and Tcal values for the new K-Band receiver 
(K#09) which was installed on Antenna 13 to replace the front-end that 
had been written up for low switched power (K#27 is now in the lab and 
early tests show that its noise diode did indeed seem to develop a power 
suck-out around 21 GHz).

The attached pdf file has all the default Tcal values for each receiver 
currently on Antenna 13.

As described in my "New T-Data Procedure for EVLA Antennas" memo of 4 
Oct 2006, all of the lab measurements for Gain , Trx & Tcal for each 
receiver on each EVLA antenna are available on filehost. Windows users 
will find them at

while Unix users can access them at
