[evlatests] collimation measurements

There were two collimation runs last week, one of almost
two hours and the second the usual five hours.  The
results, for EVLA antennas are gratifyingly consistent.

Not surprisingly the biggest corrections are for the two
newest antennas 24 and 26; 14 needs no adjustment, and
13, 16 and 18 very small adjustments.  The collimations
will be updated later today.

There is still no useful pointing result for antenna 23.
