[evlatests] Antenna Moves Delayed

Antenna 23 is still dead; the hardware folks will work on trying to get 
it up and running tomorrow.  Afterwards Ken needs more setup/test time 
on the antenna before we move it. Therefore, we will postpone moving 23 
to the array until Tuesday. 

The move schedule...
23 from MP to E6 - 12/12/06
17 from AAB to MP - 12/12/06
21 from W10 to AAB - 12/13/06
