[evlatests] AR603 21aug06: EVLA fringes looking good!

This morning's (dynamic) AR603 run at C and X bands shows nice strong fringes
on all antennas (13 14 16 18), in all IFs.   This run included both fast
switching and "normal" scans.  This is a FIRST and is particularly pleasant
to see on a Monday morning!

The new on-line flagging seems to be working as well, though there are still
a couple cases where the EVLA antennas seem to come on-source late but are
not flagged.
