[evlatests] Ant. 13 IF's A,B

  Just in case anybody has been running any tests since last night... 
Antenna 13, IF's A and B weren't in a happy state since sometime last 
night (power failures?) until just now.  Data from those two IF's is 
likely useless.  Problem is now fixed.
