[evlatests] status, Aug 3 2006; what happened to antnna 13?

That did it.  Antenna 13 looks normal again.

Today's problems are in antenna 14.
The L302-1 was not locking.  I rebooted it but was not able
to restart a script to see if it would work.
The T304-D MIB is not responding.
