Right.  The modcomps want to see at least one antenna on source
before writing data, but evla antennas always appear to be off
source.  This was talked about when we started with antenna 13
long ago, but not enough.

As Barry pointed ou later the ffset Rick reports is the builtin
tilt of the pad.  I was hoping to see the result from pointing
run before introducing that to help improve the odds of getting
the signs right.

BD has been worse ever since the antenna moved.  No  idea
why, but Rick's report on the funny bandpass should provide
some clues.
