please advise on phenomena seen with 14-b (sn010)
on week of 9-26,

Rob,Jim replaced 14-b with sn008 on 9-28

Ken reports 010 as weak and Rob mentioned a dip in the
passband seen on 9-28,
these are not seen in the lab.


it was reported that the tpd did not work and
this is seen,

for some reason, it is paired with T305 sn 009,
but this should not affect tpd or rf
