T304 SN008 was removed from 14-B on approximately sep 21,
with complaints of discreet 1dB fluctuations.
and replaced with T304 SN009 or 010

This behavior was not observed in the lab but
other known issues were addressed and routine maintenance
was done.

C1 at 4096 was shorted, bias on 4096 line. corrected
4096 amp bias incorrect, new amp installed
Moved 1-2 GHz output boards to outside cavity for easier
  servicing (and to match current module construction technique)
Fixed watchdog double halting error (Pete W.),new mib image.

Retested and 1dB fluctuations still not seen.

Anticipate deploying to 14D on 9-28-05,
(14d exhibiting fluctuations, not 1dB in size)
