I've looked at the efficiency data from antenna 14, from yesterday's
observations:

    1) The antenna temperature change when looking at Cyg A was 33.5 K,
corresponding to an efficiency of 0.49. There is adequate evidence of a
significant pointing error (measured offset last Thursday was 1.9
arcminutes,
and the power received while on Cyg A had high (3%) fluctuations not seen
on the hot load or cold sky -- hopefully due to pointing variations). Were
the offset 2 arcminutes, the correction brings the efficiency up to 55%,
which
is where it was last February at 4800 MHz.

    2) The cold-sky system temperature is 35K, compared to 23K last
February.
Tsys seems to have definitely increased.
