the 16B downconverter is not responding now.  As setup it  is OK 
for C band a little low for L band and hopeless at X band.  16D is 
setup for X band and will be wrong at the other bands.

> When we left the site, Antenna 14 was useable and Antenna 16 was having 
> some fiber problems related to the network connection. The fiber group was 
> working on it and, hopefully, will have it running for test time tonight.

14 is still not communicating.
