[evlatests] c3po Databases Back Up

The monitor and parameters databases are back up and running. The 
historical monitor data will load over the weekend. Current monitor data 
is being written to the database, and there are data back to 10/24/05 at 
this time.

If you have any problems with either database, please call me on my cell 
838-7195.
