[evlatests] EVLA Oracle Outage Cancelled for Today

Due to the planned power outage at the AOC today, I'm going to postpone 
the Oracle work on the monitor and parameters databases until next 
Friday 10/29/05. If the Oracle work were to take longer than expected, 
it could conflict with the power outage - too risky.

If next Friday is inconvenient for anyone, please let me know. Thanks 
for your patience.
